Ok that's bull. I caught a cold from all the fucking resin in my sinuses and in the back of my nose, all I could smell for two months was resin. It was disgusting. Ever since then I can't smell for shit. I get chronic sinus infections now too.
How do you get resin in your sinuses?
I smoke cigs and weed daily and havent got a sinus infection in almost a year, which i caught from my brother.  

Now as to why it helps smelling

I took a shit in my bathroom and closed the door. I watched 45 minutes of a tv show and went back into the bathroom to pack my bubbler. I then went outside and smoked a bowl, and came back into the bathroom to empty the bubbler. Right when i went it smelled like someone had taken a shit in there. I didn't notice anything before i smoked.

I didn't snort it you idiot. I'm not talking about the fucking residue you scrape out of a bowl. I'm talking about the fucking oil shit that's in the weed.
